Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flow AI by Flowlytic Inc., we strive to provide exceptional value through our subscription plans. Please review this policy carefully before subscribing.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

No Refunds

All payments for Flow Plans are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

  • Partial use or non-use of the Service during the billing period
  • Unused message credits, top-up balances, or feature allowances
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms violations
  • Voluntary cancellation before the billing period ends

No Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not issue pro-rated refunds or credits. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund or credit for any unused days remaining in your current billing period.

How Cancellation Works

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > My Plan in the app, or by contacting us. Here is what happens when you cancel:

  • No more charges: Your subscription will NOT auto-renew. No further payments will be charged to your payment method.
  • Keep your access: You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refund: You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your current billing period.
  • After expiration: Once your paid period ends, your account will revert to limited access until you resubscribe.

Top-Up Credits

Additional message credits or usage top-ups purchased outside of your subscription plan are also non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused top-up credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified.

App Store Purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are handled by the respective platform according to their own refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests on in-app purchases.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of verified billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges). If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your transaction details.
